Yet another settlement that i pointed my modding gun at and UNlored..:P
Im pretty sure you all know this desolate location that just makes you move along to the next settlement after a quick glance at it.
Well i took it upon myself to make it a little more ...lets say "interesting" .
This is no longer a single torn down house location but a small farming community and more.
Ive redone the whole area and "terraformed" it to be a lot more interesting and fun to build and decorate on.
I did it in a old fashion western/pioneer style with as less tech as possible .
Walking around at night with some misty weather makes you feel like youre in a totally different game and its creepy as f....k :P
Im not gonna tell you what you will find there because it truly needs to be "discovered " .
Personally i had a lot of fun doing this and testing it with all the little additions as i built it...
Some stuff i made really give it that old pioneer feel and look great in my opinion.

Now some technical stuff
Access to the workshop still needs for you to complete the settler's request for help.
Ive added a power gen (windmill) and several pylons to get power all over the place so just connect and activate...
Also added 3 guard markers that look like a plank of wood ( one on the guard tower,one on the house terrace at the top of the hill and one next to the stairs of the main house.They should be assignable through the workshop.
Also added a fish gutting job also assignable.
I left the workshop workbench in its original position and sort of built around it so we dont have issues with people not knowing how to move it.
The animals ARE FRIENDLY!!!!! so i better not see a review with shot up cows ,dog etc.. (yeah you know who im talking to...:P )
