This outfit has made its way out of my armor pack by request, and I like it a lot so here is a standalone version of it!
It is, shockingly, based on Negan's outfit from the walking dead. I made this shortly after the season premiere but I am now finally putting it out on its own.
It is for male and female characters, it is found in a suitcase in the railroad HQ in the hall with the mattresses, and it is ballistic weave compatible.
It is not for CBBE and if you want it to be then I am not the person to ask.
Side note: I was working on this mad max outfit, but since that other guy beat me to it, I don't think I'm gonna release it as a bog standard armor. I think I want to try my hand at quest mods. If you guys want it released on its own, leave a comment.
