About this mod

Increases the distance from which you can initiate V.A.T.S. If it's spawned and in your line of sight, you can reach it!
Also includes optional choices to increase hit chance from larger distances.

Description
This mod drastically increases the distance from which you can target NPCs in V.A.T.S from. Values such as hit chance or damage are untouched. Useful for scoping out enemies or when you are just too lazy to aim! If it's spawned and in your line of sight, you can V.A.T.S it!

The NMM installer now includes optional choices to increase hit chance from larger distances, alternatives are:

BASE MOD
Only increases V.A.T.S distance, hit chance stays vanilla.

BASE MOD + INCREASED HIT CHANCE
Increases V.A.T.S distance and slightly increases your hit chances from longer distances. About 10-30% hit chance from max distance, depending on your stats and perks. Very low effect on hit chance in close quarters.

BASE MOD + HIGH INCREASE HIT CHANCE
Increases V.A.T.S distance and increases your hit chance from longer distances. About 30-60% hit chance from max distance, depending on your stats and perks. Moderate effect on hit chance in close quarters.

BASE MOD + MAXED INCREASE HIT CHANCE (CHEAT MODE)
Increases V.A.T.S distance and maxes your hit chance from any distance. 95% on all body parts at all times.

Installation
Make sure you have made all the necessary configurations to enable mods in Fallout 4.

With Nexus Mod Manager (NMM):
1. Download the ESP with the manager.
2. Activate the mod in Nexus Mod Manager and finish the installation.

Manual installation:
1. Manually download the file.
2. Open the zips using a file archiver.
3. Extract the ESP into the Data folder of your Fallout 4 installation.
4. Open plugins.txt (located in C:\Users\(username\AppData\Fallout4) and add the name of the ESP to the list.

Uninstallation
With Nexus Mod Manager (NMM):
1. Deactivate the mod by double-clicking it.
2. Mark the deactivated mod and delete it.

Manual uninstallation:
1. Remove all files associated with the mod from your Data folder.
2. Remove the name of the ESP from plugins.txt.

Incompatibility
• Mods that change the fVatsEngageDistance value, which I don't think any mod does at the moment.
