I've Got Wood - A Sanctuary Texture Overhaul
Synopsis
This is a Sanctuary Texture Overhaul that change the way the Sanctuary houses look and some of the furniture that is in the houses and comes with both pre and post war textures. The houses and furniture will now have a hard wood and marble look.

Installation
To install, drag the textures folder into your Fallout 4 data folder.
Uninstall
To uninstall, simply delete the textures from your textures folder

- House textures
- Counter tops
- Kitchen appliances
- Bathroom sink
- Shower

- Kitchen chairs
- Living room fireplace
- Living room television
