Allows you to craft bandages at a chem station under healing which will will restore 30 health over the course of two minutes. They're very cheap needing only two cloth and one antiseptic. Good if playing without healing from food or sleep like me.

Alright I went back and fixed it. This is a bandage which will heal for 30 point over 10 real time minutes. Simple with no other effects.
I fixed the .nif issue and when you drop it, it should appear as a simple rag.
It requires 1 antiseptic and 2 cloth to craft at the chem station under healing.
I made this cause I wanted a simple and cheap way to heal myself while playing without hp regen, or sleep regen, or food regen.
