In line with this mod, I've made a brand new mod that adds a few more doctors around the map. That one has Dr. Goodneighbor included, so feel free to use it instead!

The description changelog says that in the v3 update the doc was moved to be inside Hotel Rexford. So wouldn't be stuck behind any building - but it will all depend on what other changes Better Goodneighbor makes and if it significantly alters the interior of the hotel.
Btw, I wouldn't recommend any Goodneigbor or Diamond overhaul mod. They're sparse in vanilla for a reason - game engine - and in Goodneighbor (and maybe Diamond too) the stitched exterior cell's a bit of a mare (apparently). I would stick to a few smaller quality-of-life mods - eg this doctor and maybe a nice player house mod. After all, how many vendors do you really need?? If you do use a Goodneighbor or Diamond overhaul don't load a bunch of extra mods on top therein, don't use any weather or sound overhaul mod (unless they only use vanilla assests like More Common Weather), and be aware of conflicts at least with various quest mods (eg, I think Depravity conflicts with some Goodneighbour overhauls). There also seem to be odd issues wherein, eg, Goodneighbor mods can affect Sanctuary & root cellar (and vice versa), Diamond City mods can affect Vault 111 (and vice versa) - gotta love Bethesda...
Have only been playing survival after I recently got back to Fallout 4. It really bothered me how Goodneighbor had no Doctor, especially on my outsider type of character, so I was overjoyed to discover this mod. Simple but very useful. I also appreciate it how you made him a Ghoul. Matches with the place and one can head-canon some interesting stories for him.
I am revamping my mod pages and trying to update all my mods. There was nothing else to be done to this one other than I wanted to provide an ESL version, so just popping in for that reason. Note: This mod is now complete and will no longer be updated.
I wish the same could be said for my other mods but working full-time really puts a damper on my ability to update more of my complicated ones. Comments like these though definitely keep me motivated to try!
Alright! I've updated this mod for the third and final time! I fixed some minor issues* and moved him one last time inside Hotel Rexford where he sandboxes around the counter to the right! Hopefully that fixes any issues or incompatibilities anyone was having once and for all!
(*To not be vague about the "minor" issue, basically when I originally created the mod, I had edited the vanilla doctor faction to be a vendor because I couldn't get the doc to work otherwise. I've since realized I should have made the doc have his own faction so now that's finally fixed! Yay!)
Since I added this mod I keep getting an 'OnChange' message on the hud at random times. I just started getting the message after installing this, even after deactivating the mod. Do you know what would cause this?
Unfortunately no, though the fact that it's still happening after the mod was removed leads me to believe it's not actually the mod causing it. Maybe try again with a clean save?

I ask as Better Goodneighbor, the doctor get stuck behind a build and so was wondering if this is still the case.

Can you move the Doc to inside the Memory Bank? makes sense he'd be in there anyway...or even right out front would be better
