I'd recommended excluding character textures, because most people on here don't keep vanilla character textures, or blood textures or eye textures. Or you could include an option to install them in FOMOD. Thanks for the mod.
Good work try it out today good Fps boost. And i don't find it look so bad.But only 1 thing. Why you don't disable the Shadow full it give this ini a much greater Fps boost and to be true the shadow with this ini looks real bad so better get some frame more. And how i turn the light inside Buildings on?Inside i have stable 60 FPS so i don't need to play in the dark but the light turns on only if i step direct under them that make all place real dark.I try to copy near all from your ini in my normal ini but strange i don't get then the same FPS outside Buildings but inside i have at least the lights working with no Fps lost.
Great mod, my gameplay jumps from 15 fps to 60! I have a question: what should I tweak to change the texture res a little higher? I want to have a little better textures and a FPS of about 40. (My pc is not that bad that i need the textures on 0)
I have done some tweaking to the config, changing stuff that does not matter to me like grass rendering to 0 etc. I just want to know what you changed to make the textures so low, so i could turn them up a bit. Thanks!
You have to use Bilago's configuration tool to restore your audio and gameplay settings. Follow this steps: 1 restore your "ini" 2 open configuration tool and print or copy your audio and gameplay settings. 3 replace your "ini" by the mine. 4 open Bilago's app and apply your configurations. 5 verify and give me the feedback, with printscreen or fps if posible. Thanks.
I've tried your config, and now I'm pretty sure this game wasn't optimized at all. I got the same FPS in problem areas (cities). Anyway, thank you for your work
Alsu, thank you again but it's not necessary for me. My system gives me solid 50-60 FPS with medium/high options (with all features off) but in urban areas works like a charm nightmare (something about 15-25 near the Swan's Pond). I could easily avoid those places and won't sacrifice the image quality for it. Maybe this problem could be solved with CPU replacement, not GPU or ini tweaks. I have AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition, Radeon 7870 2GB and 8GB RAM. So this is like minimum requirements for game to run (and we all know it could be much lower)
Understood, my notebook has 95% of minimun requirements and has problems with overheating. And other hand I use low performance mods (workbenchs, weaponsmith, armorsmith, true storms and spawn multiplier, so I have this situation: fps 20 is normal; fps 10 in cities and 30+ in interior. When I come back from vacations I'll take some pics and mesure the fps with this new INI.
