I suggest you manually add the [Camera] ini lines to your own Fallout4Custom.ini text document instead of replacing the whole document.

Simple fix, makes the Hotkey manager and the Shoulder Switch Cam craftable for those who can't get them to appear in their menu (usually happens when making a new game). Is not needed if you already have these items in your inventory.
