This one gun enables you to open and change around, to your liking, any NPCs inventory in the game. Equip Anything. Unequip Anything. Remove Anything. Replace Anything. 6 Mods included, everything is Standalone and fully craftable.

I BRING YOU ACCESS TO ANY AND ALL OF THE NPCS INVENTORIES FROM AN EASY TO USE IN GAME GUN!!!
REASONS!!!
Did you ever want the ability to open the Trade Menu (not Pickpocket) with any NPC in the game very easily?
How about the ability to instantly steal an NPCs entire inventory? Instantly destroy? Burn? Corrode?
Now how about if you can do all of this from long range?
The ultimate in NPC inventory redistribution/manipulation has just arrived!
I bring to you a “God Item” that does no damage and is Non-Hostile the “NPC Inventory Manipulating Sniper Rifle”!

It is very much more than just an enemy Makeover Gun, even if that particular way of using it happens to be extremely fun! Before and After.
This is a crazy picture that just further details that the possibilities are endless with this “God Item”. (Mods used will be detailed in the Recommended Mods section.) I found 4 Raiders hanging out near my Red Rocket, so I grabbed some wigs, bikinis, a Bunny Outfit, and PlayIdle Rings and decided to dress them up and make them do a Pose Off (after removing their guns and ammo) before murdering them.
MOD INFORMATION!!!
Because you are opening up a Trade Menu, and not the Pickpocketing Menu, anything you do is 100% chance, and you can unequip, reequip, or take anything that you want to on them. It is just like talking to Piper (for example) and saying that you want to trade… just at long distance… with any NPC in the game.
I am not going to mark this as Adult Only simply because the main purpose of this mod is not to be obscene (even if ~95-98% of the people that get this use it for obscene purposes).
This Sniper Rifle can be made at any Chem Station under the “PLAYER HACKS” Category. This gun also uses no ammo and can fire infinitely.
This Sniper Rifle comes with 6 mods; they are:
Inventory Manipulating Receiver (Comes Standard when you make it)
Inventory Stealing Receiver (Instantly Steals the entire inventory of whoever you shoot)
Inventory Destroying Receiver (Instantly destroys the entire inventory of whoever you shoot)
Fearful Destroying Receiver (Just like above but they will run away in fear)
Fearful Burning Receiver (Instantly lights the shot person on fire, makes them run in fear, and destroys their inventory)
Fearful Melting Receiver (Just like above but melts the inventory way with corrosive acid instead)
All mods and the gun itself still all cost materials to make, and require anywhere from Gun Nut 2/Hacker 3 to Gun Nut 4/Hacker 4 to make.
All of these Receivers, and the gun itself, do no damage and are marked Non-Hostile meaning you can shoot anyone as much as you want and they will never get angry and try to murder you.
The possibilities are endless with this mod (as it pertains to NPCs), you can unequip/reequip/equip, take, or destroy anything and everything.
Of course NPCs that aren’t meant to equip certain things still will not be able to equip these things, for example you cannot put Micro Bikinis on Deathclaws no matter how incredibly sexy that would be.
None of these Receivers will have an effect on you, so you can’t accidentally destroy your entire inventory.
What are considered “Death Items” will not show up when an NPC is shot, so you cannot steal a Deathclaw Hide from an alive Deathclaw for example.
KNOWN BUGS!!!
Occasionally after destroying, stealing, or even taking a weapon from an inventory, because of how the script works, they can (because they are NPCs) reequip their gun just fast enough for the game to still think they have a gun but their inventory to say that they don’t. Their gun will be invisible in this case, and will not last long before they stop firing at you. Or if you kill them while they are holding the invisible gun, you will notice that nothing is in their inventory.
When using the Melting Receiver stuff that you shoot will turn invisible for about 10 seconds with the acid effect still surrounding them, they will be cowering in fear and running from you during this so no danger, just a result of there not being a correct effect shader.

A collection of mods that go very well with this mod, this isn't nearly all of them let me and others know of more in the comments section.
Dave's Poses by davethedrunk || Because posing enemies in ridiculous ways (either with tcai, or from a distance) is very funny.
Bunnygirl Outfit by nadriel || Specifically the T Backs... Although you might have gotten enough of these on NPCs with another one of my mods...
Monno's Bikinis by highhthere or/and DA Micro Bikini (NSFW) by Dannyalkema || Putting Bikinis on any enemy or NPC that allows them == Winning!
Zella's Dyed Wigs by JTesmer || Super Fun putting Wigs on random enemies or just random NPCs that normally you wouldn't have access to their inventory.
Disrobing Weapons - Get Nude Damnit (NSFW) by Derpsdale || In case you disrobe some NPCs that you are having a hard time dressing up again.
Any other outfit mods that you enjoy.
QUESTIONS!!!
Q: Will this work on dead things?
A: Yes it does, but not everything… anything that causes Fear does not work on dead things. (So Inventory Manipulating, Inventory Steal, and Inventory Destroy only will work on dead things)
Q: Does the steal feature steal everything, or will it leave the equipped stuff?
A: The steal feature will steal everything, including equipped items, and instantly put them into your inventory. You will see scrolling messages when this happens, for me on the upper left of the screen.
INSTALLATION!!!
I recommend using the Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) then activating the ESP as usual.
If you don’t use a mod manager just place all the stuff inside of the Mods Data Folder into the Games Data folder and activate the ESP file.
No codes to give out, if you want your hacks go make the weapon and the mods (or just use the help command in game to get them for free).
