Changes the chance of Automatron loading screens from 20% to 1%

Rust Devils? Robobrains? Tesla Rifles? Not sure about you, but I've had enough of seeing these loading screens all the time.
This mod changes the chance of Automatron loading screens from 1 in 5 (20% chance) to 1 in 100 (1% chance, which the majority of loading screens use)
I'm pretty sure it's an oversight on Bethesdas part, ie. the conditions on each of the loading screens are
- 20% chance AND
- you must be passed a certain point in the Automatron quests
which makes sense if they wanted a good chance for people to see them while in the middle of Automatron... but then they forgot to check if you've completed it or not, classic Bethesda I suppose :P
Anyway I haven't seen any other mod for this, and I don't think any unofficial patches fixes this yet, so here you go :) Hopefully one of the unofficial patch guys might see this and add in the missing check.

Requires Automatron DLC of course, should be compatible with pretty much any other mods (as long as they don't touch the 'DLC01LoadScreenRate' global - so far I haven't seen any other mods using it)
Uninstalling is as simple as disabling/deleting the ESP plugin file, your saves won't be affected and should work fine without the mod (other than the standard 'missing plugin' warning of course)
If anyone wants to include this in a fix-pack or console-port or anything feel free, no credit necessary, after all it's just a simple mod changing the DLC01LoadScreenRate globals value to 1.0.
