After trying many presets out there I decided to make my own using what I saw as inspiration and now dilligent is born. 

This maybe resource heavy My graphics card is a AMD R390, so if you have something comparable you'll be fine.

This comes in two flavors regular Dilligent and Cinema.


It requires Reshade 3.0+

"if there is a major change breaking functionality I'll update accordingly"


Installation 

Just place in your Fallout 4 folder. 
Reshade should load it automatically.

Shortcuts

Kepad "-" will turn the effect off

"shift" + "F2" will open the reshade menu
