Quick edit I made to the grey knit cap so that it would match the rest of my black gear. I also removed some of the brown dirt/mud marks on the cap as well.

Drop the folder in :\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data.

Make sure you've changed the sResourceDataDirsFinal line in the Fallout4.ini (Documents\My Games\Fallout 4) to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,
