Adds the higher 4x 5x 10x multiplier from the ninja perk to unarmed damage
unarmed damage dealing weapons include, APcost, Base Damage Deathclaw Gnt 40, 25 Power Fist 35, 20 Meat Hook 30, 20 Knuckles 25, 10 Boxing Glv 25, 9 and of course good old punching Punch 20, 8
