As you know, burnt books are useless. Yes, it is totally useless.
Because I did not like it, made this little Mod.

This Mod has 3 functions.

1. Make pulp
You can make "De-Inked Pulp" (DIP) from waste paper.
DIP is a junk item containing 1 cloth component.
In other words, you can make some cloths from Burnt books (or Folder or Napkin).

2. Make recycled paper
You can make "Recycled paper" using 5 DIP, 1 Purified water, 1 Adhesive.
Recycled paper contains 5 cloths. Also can trade at high price.

3.Melt the token
You can make "Melted token" using 10 subway tokens.
Melted tokens can be used as one aluminum component.
