Created for the guys at the real Warrior Clan over at shivtr.com. This mod adds a Clan club house, 3x settlements, a medium sized unmaked treasure hunt quest, and several smaller ones. It adds new items, weapons, and armors. I used the vanilla for this mod so it could go onto the PS4 but I might make DLC to it if they like it. There are also Easter eggs for WC members.

North of Vault 111 is a new map marker go there to start.

Version 3 contains a New DLC with more places to build, more quests, items and more! Don't store items in the cooking stations in the cave and please report any bugs! Check the quarters consoles for more info :)

You need all DLC to run this!

Best to find all the items before starting you settlements.

I'm still working on linking the settlements to the commonwealth.

UPDATED FILES: Bethesda added a texture file that I didn't make when I downloaded it to their site. The smaller version cuts this mysterious file. 
The bigger version keeps the file but I changed the water textures to the ones in diamond city.
