When you approach Danse on the Prydwen he will be ready for final affinity conversation
All supplies at Sanctuary
Just talk to Kessler at Bunker Hill to gain as settlement
No collectibles found
Bare minimum quests completed
Goal was as clean and untouched as possible
DL unzip and place in FO4 save folder
