It uses the following shaders:

INSTALLATION
1. First, install Reshade 3.0 by going to http://reshade.me/ and hitting download. Install into the game directory.
2. Copy contents of Fallout 4: Black and Chrome Edition into the game directory. Overwrite files.
3. Enjoy!
NOTES
The only mod I use that changes vanilla lighting/weather is True Storms. My ReShade was created with no mods that affect nighttime brightness or dimness. My ReShade already darkens the night drastically, so adding any mod that does the same will really make it hard to see. Any mods that brighten daylight will cause the opposite issue during the day.
