Renders the Player-Pip-Boy invisible when not in use.

I wanted to remove my Pip-Boy when I was not using it. The problem is, I play in 1st person and all of the Pip-Boy removal mods that I found only work in 3rd person. So I created this mod that removes the Pip-Boy in 1st and 3rd person.
I have done this by modifying the Pip-Boy-Mesh so that it is completly invisible. When you use the Pip-Boy, only the screen becomes visible, the rest stays invisible. That is the price one has to pay. NPC Pip-Boys are not affected.
While this mod needs the Holographic Pipboy mod, it changes the model of the normal Pip-Boy.
As far as I can tell, this mod is compatible with Pip-Boy Flashlight by AKcelsior.

Problems
Some outfits may not show correctly, because they think that the Pip-Boy is still there.
The Pip-Boy-Screen may appear in 1st person during some animations like reloading.
