Sure, they're somewhat useful, if you like crafting. But perks should be perks, not buttons that unlock stuff that should already be unlocked! So I fixed it, adding sweet bonus effects to each rank of these crafting perks.

Each rank of the Gun Nut perk will increase your hit chance and damage by 7/10/14/21%.
Each rank of the Armorer perk will increase your armor rating by 7/10/14/21%.
Each rank of the Science perk will grant a unique ability. Multiply the effect of enchantments, enhance Blitz capability, get better prices, and lower the damage you take!
