**Mod Last Updated 02/02/17** Please see change log for details.
I would first like to thank everyone for their support on this mod. I am glad so many enjoyed it. A long while ago, I took a break from Fallout 4 for my other games. When I came back to play Fallout, I noticed there have been updates that came out after this mods release. I did test these mods briefly with the new updates. I didn't notice many issues, mostly things that I set to be delete-able, no longer where. I do hope to recreate this mod at some point, however, it's not that the top of my list right now. Making this mod took a long time. Recreating from fresh will be no different. In the meantime, I hope this mod can still be enjoyable. :)
Now with the above said, you may not run into any troubles using this mod and you also might. Please note that if you do have troubles, it may not be my mod. Not saying it couldn't be, but please take into consideration that depending on what other mods one has installed, their install order, any changes they make to the game, even just the normal Fallout game glitches (that not everyone experiences) can affect mods. I have tried many mods out there that work wonderful for so many, but never for me. I have also installed mods where I never experienced the bugs other users reported having. So sometimes it's a mod issue/conflict, but sometimes it seems it can just be a game of chance. It is always a good idea to have a backup of your game and make many saves while playing. To be extra careful, every now an then make a backup of the saves (whole folder) you already have in case the current folder ever becomes corrupt.
Still a WiP. After many, many hours, I had all of the above completed, tested and they worked fine, but then I had to reinstall the game and mods and now they don't work so I may have rage quit Fallout for a while, lol, but I will continue to work on them to provide a new/updated version hopefully in the near future. :) Happy gaming!
Okay, so after many weeks and a lot of work... I believe I have completed the revised/updated version of this mod. I am testing the completed version in game this week and once confirmed there are no issues, I will upload. It will be 1 esp that will edit the following:
Sanctuary Hills Red Rocket Truck Stop Drumlin Diner Abernathy Farm Sunshine Tidings Co-op Graygarden Oberland Station County Crossing Diamond City w/Luxury Box Suite Goodneighbor w/Third Rail Railroad HQ Somerville Place Covenant Taffington Boathouse Greentop Nursery The Slog Finch Farm Coastal Cottage Kingsport Lighthouse Croup Manor Nordhagen Beach Jamiaca Plain Warwick Homestead Spectacle Island The Castle Bunker Hill Vault 81 Prydwen Boston Airport Egret Tours Marina Ten Pines Bluff Outpost Zimonja Murkwater Construction Site Hangman’s Alley Starlight Drive In Power/Food/Water Bonus
More details and pictures on the way. **Note: It will require a new game as things were changed in some areas and Fallout saves are not a fan of things changing in a current save without high risk of corruption.**
Update: Sadly there are a few bugs I am trying to figure out. I do however need to take a break for a bit though, I have been working on this for a while and I am super frustrated because one minute everything works fine then the next it doesn't. Plus with AC Valhalla out, WoW Shadowlands coming on the 23rd and Cyberpunk 2077 coming on Dec 10th... Time is going to be very limited.
I put a lot of work into this new/updated version, so I am hoping to figure out the issue at some point. If there is someone who is really good at modding Fallout 4, really good at finding/fixing Fallout 4 problems, is bored and would like to to help, please message me.
Hi I was wondering if there would be a patch for Dimond City Expansion with this mod? I run both of these mods because this mod makes diamond city look amazing but with this mod some of the area's are covered up.
Hello :) My apologies on the super delayed reply, I haven't clean through my notifications for a bit. At this point no. I was last working on an updated all in one for all my locations, plus adding more, but ran into an issue that any mod I made was causing crashes even when it shouldn't so I got annoyed and stop modding this game. I may try again since I put in a huge amount of hours into my newer version which was almost done. If I can get things working, I will check in and see if there is a area you want open and if I am able, I can maybe add to mine... but that's all if's and maybes at this point. Sorry
So I know this is something of an old mod, but I wanted to add some information on the Sanctuary - Red Rocket plug-in, in case it's useful to anyone.
First of all, I love this, and I wish I'd known about it before creating my current mod list. I've always disliked Sanctuary, not only because it's a giant PITA to build at, especially because of those gods forsaken roofs, but, even more significantly.. because I loathe suburbia in real life. Not to mention, the Sanctuary architecture just doesn't fit into the rest of the game. I get what the devs were trying to do.. but it simply does not work, at least in my opinion. I'm pretty sure the only reason Everett Estates exists is just so that one other area in the Commonwealth shares the look.
Anyway, I've just tested Sanct/RR Plus out with the mod, A Forest.. and it looks amazing! I'd been wondering how they would work together, and then I found a couple of mods that allow me to check these things easily, namely SKK's Fast/Alternate Start Plugins. Speaking of which, I very much recommend them if using Sanctuary RR Plus, because they skip the entire prewar-Sanctuary and Vault segments of the prologue. This means.. you don't see pristine, suburban Sanctuary at the beginning (you don't, in fact, see anything beyond character creation in the bathroom), and, thus, there's no jarring disconnect when you "Return Home" to this lovely little settlement, after emerging from the vault. I also recommend Place Everywhere for its additional scrapping function (and generally), as well as mods that add traditional-style house prefabs.. since this allows one to scrap the player home if so desired, and replace it with something like a Covenant house.
I don't know if you still check these comments Kali8229, but thank you for creating the best Sanctuary overhaul on the Nexus. I've tried many, and this is the only one that: looks the way I want it to, doesn't require going to Concord (or other similarly immersion-breaking hassles) before adding it to the game, and works flawlessly with "A Forest." I'm guessing this is because it's just an esp and only uses vanilla assets? Simply put, it just works.
Thank you! I am glad you enjoy it and that it works with your other mods. Correct on all vanilla assets. I still plan on trying to do a full esp of all the settlements, which is proving annoying, lol, but assuming I ever get it working (2 places are being a pain, lol)... Sanctuary/RR wont change much and I added all other base game settlements as well... so here's hoping! Thank you again and I hope you have a wonderful day! :)
Looking forward to it. Right now I'm mostly using the Rebuilt series and geekrage's settlements and really enjoy roaming and seeing what others have built without bothering with Transfer or Sim Settlements.
Hi! Love this mod have to have it, Red Rocket is my favorite.
Just as an FYI - I am currently going through the tedious process of installing mods one by one because I'm a mod wh*%# and I have found that scrap everything, ultimate edition with the sprint fix on, reverts the sanctuary bridges to the old version. Just the bridges. This isn't a huge deal for me, just thought I'd bring it up. They are literally the only two mods I have installed and the bridges are old. As soon as I un-check scrap everything and load up the game the bridges revert back to the pretty fixed version.
I saw in the thread mod author is using scrap everything and not having this issue so not sure if it's the ultimate edition plus sprint fix or what. Just a heads up for anyone else if they run into you're not going crazy :D
Thank you and sorry if you're having troubles. I can say I don't use the sprint fix because it never worked for me anyways, so it is possible that may be the issue. With so many mods, and just game issues of its own, it can be hard to tell sometimes where the issue lies, lol. Took me a few years to finally get a working, not crashing Skyrim set up with all the mods I have for that... Fallout seems to be more complicated or annoying, lol. Thank you for the heads up on the issue so if others have it, they know where to look. :)
I am sorry to hear that but it sounds like might have conflicting mods. I just played with my Sanctuary Hills a couple months ago and everything worked fine for me except some items were no longer deletable. I would try messing around with your load order or seeing if another mod affects the cells. Sometimes it can be the simplest mod. If you find the mod that conflicts, please let me know so I can share on the desc page for others that may use the same mod. Thank you!
careflly picked through the mod list and there's nothing enabled that interferes with sanctuary. Also, the diamond city one deletes textures so huge chunks of the city is invisible walls

I am sorry there seems to be issues for you but this is not a bug in my mod. I have modded many of my games and honestly in my opinion, this sounds like either a mod(s) conflict (again, even the simplest thing. One user has a magazine one that caused weirdness due to load order), or maybe this was installed during a current game or maybe you even have a corrupted save.
For Sanctuary, it needs to be installed on a new game or some things won't change. Also, I have never had the issue you are referring to for Diamond City as I didn't delete any textures. I only changed some textures on newly created items and only using what the game offered. I know it can be a lot of work, but I would maybe try a clean install of your game and mods and/or a clean save. The game can start doing weird stuff if you have installed/uninstalled too many mods when testing what you want to use (at least mine has). Saves can also get corrupted and I have had weird issues with corrupt saves.
do you have any scraping mods installed because if you do they will mess with this mod i know this because i tried them all and everyone of them messed with this mod in some way
I had similar issues and went through all my mods and came to the conclusion that some of them modify or remove interior/exterior cells which conflicts with this mod especially in Sanctuary Hills. I was still unable to figure out the issue though as it was intermittent and ended up uninstalling this mod.
I really want to thank you, I love your work, but I just want to raise your attention for the Finch Farm. If you do the Out of the Fire quest there is a bug. When I return from the Sagus Ironworks and I go with Jake Finch to the Farm, Abraham Finch was spawned or bugged to the house wall. I do not know it just happened with me, I tried SEVEN times ( I left the Sagus Ironworks, go to the Farm..etc.). It might be a good advice do not turn it on the Finch farm mod , until the mission is over. Thank you for your attention!
Really loving the Sanctuary Red Rocket Plus. By far my favorite Sanctuary overhaul. Just wanted to pop in with one minor issue, not that big at all really.
When you are in the brick building by the entrance bridge to Sanctuary, and looking out towards the greenhouse, there is a rather big framerate drop. Doesn't happen anywhere else in the settlement, just at that location when looking in that direction. This is with the mod how it is, without anything added to Sanctuary yet. For some reason that is the only spot that has a framerate drop when looking in that direction, while everywhere else is running smoothly.
Just thought I'd mention it, not sure if it was mentioned before, but yeah lol. Thanks for the great mod.
i use your Sanctuary mod and i do love it but i have a few problems with it like i lose the sound of my footsteps when i get close to the power armor rack and all the ugly bushes and grass plus most of the homes are the same inside
I am happy you like the mod, sorry to hear of the issue. Honestly, I never noticed if that occurred in my game and I am one who likes hearing footsteps. I feel I would have noticed that if I didn't have any when I tested and played it as I spend a lot of time in Sanctuary. I also didn't remove anything that was in Sanctuary for sounds when I made this mod so I don't know why they would be gone. I do not plan on making any updates at this time. Please see sticky post for more info and updates.
I am sorry this happened for you. When I created this mod and tested it... many times, I did not run into that issue. I am sorry I can't help more, but without me having that issue, I don't know how to fix it.

Abraham Finch is sealed on the wall and can not move, so 'Quest' is not completed
