PENTHOUSE_PLUS (Furnished)/PENTHOUSE_PLUS (Unfurnished): Fixed sneaky post that should not have made the final cut. Added water pump to unfurnished version as it was accidentally removed.
OBERLANDSTATION_PLUS (Unfurnished): Fixed preferred navmeshing & issue of setters not showing up when sent to settlement -Fixed some floating trees. -Fixed glass on greenhouse. -Has goodie toolbox. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GRAB ITEMS from all storage before updating.
OBERLANDSTATION_PLUS (Furnished): Since I moved my home base, the furnished version is now under misc. Fixed preferred navmeshing & issue of setters not showing up when sent to settlement. -Fixed some floating trees. -Fixed glass on greenhouse. -Linked PA Station to workbench. -Fixed Companion comments on containers...I think. Part of this was moving all goodies to the toolbox. This did affect my current save. If you have not touched anything here yet, items should move to toolbox with no issues. -Reduced goodie ammo amount. -Moved Dogmeats bed upstairs to prevent him standing all the time and opening door. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GRAB ITEMS from all storage before updating.

New Pictures have been loaded and the descriptions have been updated to reflect the new files.
SANCTUARY_REDROCKET_PLUS: Due to how I originally created Sanctuary (by slightly editing Red Rocket), it created navmesh conflicts with my Red Rocket mod as I never intended to release Red Rocket when this project was launched. So I have created new version that is both. This was done by me redoing Red Rocket within the Sanctuary file. If you would like to only use one or the other, the separate files are under misc. If you would like to use both, use this file only. This version has the exact same benefits as the separate files, just no navmesh issues.
SANCTUARY_PLUS: Fixed ground and removed tree that was in the walkway so this can work with Sanctuary Hot Springs Settlement and Home. -Fixed land by cellar door. -Made front doors scrapable/placeable. -Added placeable doors to brick buildings. -Fixed small pathway between one of the homes and fence. -Fixed ground by bridge. -Moved porch stool to prevent standing up in wall.
REDROCKET_PLUS: Fixed navmesh, Preston walk no longer altered. -Made majority of furnishings scrapable (due to this, I removed all candles w/lighting as I can't seem to get the light part to scrap with candle, as well as the light above the booth). Removed rugs and made living room all carpet. -Made flowers surrounding windows static. -Made doors scrapable/placeable. -Fixed unique windows and altered color. -All containers are now safe.
COVENANT_DRUMLINDINER_PLUS: COVENANT--Made most items scrapable including turrets (NOTE: Light fixtures are scrapable but not all delete the lighting). -Made placeable doors (once scrapped current doors). -Removed a few minor lights. -Removed garden dirt. -Made homes able to have items placed in them (NOTE: Did not make items owned because you can just store them and them will become owned). -Fixed tree navmesh. -Cleaned missed dust. -Cleaned missed debris. -Removed Hammer Animation and moved some animations outside so to not interfere with interior decorating. -Extended build area a smidge to cover outside shack. -Added posters to outside billboard attached to shack). -Removed tire from middle of road. DRUMLIN DINER--Added static items. -Added cooking station. - Added couch, cigarette machine, plants and sink. - Moved first Aid kit down a shelf.
GOODNEIGHBOR_PLUS: Added a few animations. -Cleaned dirty 3 person couch. -Added a few extra NPCs that move around. -Fixed floating Fire Bin.
GOODNEIGHBOR_PLUS (NO ENHANCED THIRD RAIL): Now under misc. -Added floor stone piece back to work better with other Third Rail mods. -Fixed floating Fire Bin. -Cleaned missed moss.
DIAMONDCITY_PLUS: Cleaned and revamped surgery basement. -Edited Colonial Taphouse (cleaned remaining chairs, removed rubber floor pieces, added rugs, added static items). -Cleaned chairs in snooty area. -Made all furnishings in Home Plate scrapable (due to this, I removed all candles w/lighting as I can't seem to get the light part to scrap with candle). -Cleaned a few more objects including Doc's chem station. -Put Doctor Sun and Doctor Crocker in clean VaultTec scientist clothing. -Cleaned outdoor beds. -Fixed Colonial Taphouse outside door for easier access as the fence was in the way.
THESLOG_WARWICKHOMESTEAD: Added preferred navmeshing to bridge in hopes it will direct provisoners to use vs looking for alternate route. -Fixed issue of setters not showing up when sent to settlement . -Fixed Alignment of back carpet section.
RAILROADHQ_BUNKERHILL_Plus: RAILROADHQ--Kept beds clean but stopped them from affecting all beds of that type. -Added a few rugs. -Cleaned desks and shelving. BUNKERHILL--Cleaned ground beds.
PENTHOUSE_PLUS (Furnished)/PENTHOUSE_PLUS (Unfurnished): Added new player home/settlement. Due to this, I created a unfurnished version of both here and Oberland Station. I did this because the furnishings are basically identical. So it is meant for you to chose the furnished one for your home and the unfurnished for the other settlement (assuming you would be using them that way). You can do both furnished if the identical part doesn't bother you or unfurnished for both if you prefer to decorate yourself. Please see description for more information.

- **Updated 01/03/17** Sanctuary_Plus: Fixed preferred navmeshing & issue of setters not showing up when sent to settlement. NOTE: If you stand there they may not start walking right away, but they will show up at the intended settlement in time. Example: I sent Dogmeat from Red Rocket to Sanctuary and he stood there when I tried to watch, but then I fast traveled to Sanctuary and ran back over the bridge to RR, there he was walking up the road to Sanctuary. But another time he walked there with no issues. - Unchecked respawn on cooking station. - Added glass to upper section of greenhouse. - Moved travel to point.
