Removes random encounter, where Human Art and Synth Art are shooting each other.

You probably know that random encounter, where two Arts are shooting each other? It is annoying if you kill them by yourself and your companion dislikes or hates killing them and may even turn hostile against you? Well, not anymore. This mod removes that random encounter so you never see them again.
This mod doesn't affect any other random encounters or misc quest or anything else in the game.
If you face any problems, let me know. I probably can't do anything for it but I'll give it a try then.
Download and install with NMM or install manually, if you know how. Made with FO4 Creation Kit.
