Hey folks! I found another likely place for you all to come out and reclaim the Commonwealth in! It'd probably make a nice place to do some farming, or you might want to set up a factory, there should be enough space. I could even envision somone with enough engineering background building themselves a heck of a defensive fortress down there.
I met a new friend down there who did most of the cleanup around here for me, and we did replace most of the unscrappable stuff with things you guys can work with right out of the box. We tried leave it mostly as we found it though.
