Thanks to EdibleGrenade12 he has let me add some of the assets from his Submersible Power Armor mod to the apartment.

The update doesn't add Submersible Power Armor to this mod just some objects to make it look abit more like Bioshock so you will still need his mod for the actual armors.
You can now use the boat at the dock to travel back and forth to the Commonwealth. The other dock is right next to Harbormaster hotel
This is amazing, but is there any plans on adding the rest of the missing workbenches? I'd love to use this as my primary base, but without the last few workbenches, it makes things a little difficult
Really like this mod! So I had an idea: Open the iron gate, put in a stairway down to a lower level, or two, Make it a large workbench area with a workshop (so folks can add whatever workbench mods they may have), and in the second room is at least one set of immersible PA (in a PA Workstation) and an air lock that lets you out into the water to explore that cool scenery you put out there. Just a thought. Add in a mini quest to look for something Rare, or needed to repair something, you know. You could make the lower level(s) a load screen,
