This mod is compatible with the Button Lowered Weapons mod without a patch which leads me to believe it is compatible with the rest of the lowered weapons type mods. Any comments asking for patches for these types of mods will be removed.
Anyone asking why it doesn't work 100% of the time, it is because of Papyrus being slow. Nothing i can do about it.
I wouldn't say that your modification is no longer needed. I like the animation in your modification (where the first cartridge is loaded into the barrel and the other 4 into the chamber).
