Add some perks to the perk chart in the game.
I'm really annoyed with some features,so,I changed them. :D

PERKS ADDED:
6 levels of Cap Collector( before are 3)
5 levels of Chemist (before are 4)
5 levels of Demolition Expert ( before are 4)
5 levels of Nuclear Physicist (befora are 3)
I tested all the perks in my level 65 account,with all DLC and Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch,but no one of these is required.
