This ENB is my first for Fallout 4; I've made 3 ENB's for Skyrim, and have been successful, and so I thought about the other Bethesda game I've played a lot, and wondered if I should make an ENB - well, here it is!

BLUBBER ENB

Now with and without the letterbox effect!
So, you've been looking around on this nexus for days, weeks, possibly even months, constantly looking for something that will add depth, colour and uniqueness back into Fallout 4? Well, I believe that you may have stumbled upon something with the potential to completely change Fallout 4 forever; introducing BLUBBER ENB
"What kind of sorcery is this?" you say, pleading, hoping, fantasising that this isn't a dream, panting profusely in your chair, which has moulded into the shape of your heaving buttocks, creating a permanent insole and cushion that will always be there for you. Well, good news for you is that its not magic, but indeed about four years of knowledge about implementing textures and creating ENB's and mods for Skyrim, but now for FALLOUT 4! My other published ENB's for Skyrim are called Vibrancy ENB, Cinematic Vibrancy ENB, and Holy Vibrancy ENB
Installation:
Download ENBseries for fallout 4 version 0.307 ( which ever is latest ) and place both d31d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll into your Fallout 4 directory ( where fallout4.exe is )
Then, place all files from this ENB into your fallout 4 directory, overwriting if / when asked
That's it! Enjoy fallout 4 ! ( to enable / disable this ENB in game, press shift + f12, and to open the GUI menu, press shift + enter )

What does this ENB do?
This ENB, unlike many other colourful ENB's for fallout 4 adds more depth, colour and vibrancy to fallout 4 while still maintaining the charisma of that dead ol' wasteland that we all love
Why should I pick this ENB ?
Well, as stated before, I've got experience in this field; for four years now, I've created and implemented new things ( mods and ENB's ) into Skyrim, but felt like I needed to spread this knowledge into Fallout 4.
Why'd you call it Blubber ENB?
Well, I've published three ENB's that all had serious and meaningful names, and thought that it would be nice to call this new ENB something fun, I mean come on, just say 'blubber', its fun...

- Clean water of the commonwealth
- Fallout 4 seasons - spring or summer
- Grasslands ( if you have a good PC / don't mind less fps )
- Fog Out interiors ( otherwise the ENB is quite blue )
