If, like me, you hate the horrific buzzing noise of neon lights, try out this mod to silence them!

This is my first mod, so please forgive me if I have made any stupid mistakes.
In short, I hate the sound neon lights make in this game. They seem to be used quite frequently, and for one reason or another, they started to annoy me. After doing a quick search, I couldn't find anything that specifically addressed this, so I decided to upload this mod in the event that someone made a similar search in the future.
It simply replaces each of the .wav files responsible for that annoying buzzing, and replaces them with silent versions of themselves.
In order for this mod to work, please add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini within your Documents folder:
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Please note that both florescent and neon lights have been silenced, as they both make the annoying sound; other than that no edits have been made.
