I've added DLC ammo to scrounger and merchants outside the DLC area.
Weapon merchants (Arturo, Kleo to name a few) have all DLC ammo.
General item merchants (Myrna, Trashcan carla to name a few) have a small amount of 45.70, 7.62, harpoon, and paddle ball string.
