This is a very simple mod that adds radiation reduction to the lvl 3 Lifegiver perk and the perk you get for getting the Astoundingly Awesome Tales #06 My Brain and I... (A Twisted Love Tale). It also bumps the regen rate for Issue #6 from one point per minute to five. Nothing more, nothing less. This makes those two perks act more like the Solar Powered perk without the time/location requirements (but not as powerful).

Let me know if you run into any incompatibilities, but it should only be incompatible with any mod that changes those two perks and I haven't yet heard of any.
