A mod i made a while ago and am transferring from my old nexus (RuricThar) to this one with a new name.

This is a simple mod made to overhaul home plate in fallout 4. The base house is kind of garbage don't ya think? now its got furniture to start out with as a persons house should!
[Compatibility]
There should be no issues except for mods that edit home plate.
[Console Versions]
There is an Xbox version up on Bethesda.Net now. I cannot put this on PS4 at the moment. I am extremely sorry.
