About this mod
This mod will add many changes to your character when you pick up the book from the "Hubris Comic Store". There is also a "Tank Gun" you can pick up near the book in the store.
- Permissions and credits
When you install this mod you can go to the "Hubris Comic Store" to pick up the book containing the perk. Also you can pick up the "Tank Gun" which is a "Broadsider" that has been modified with a new projectile to match the tank feel from the perk.
When you pick up the perk from the book the following changes will be made:
- 5 x VATS cost
- Half Chance to hit in VATS
- .3 falling damage
- 4 x power attack damage
- Half gun range
- Half incoming explosion Damage
- 100 more Armor Rating
- 3 x more limb damage
- 500 more carry capabilities
- 2 x sprint AP drain
- 2 x stagger effect
- .80 x move speed
- 10 x heal rate
- 4 x melee damage
- 6 x unarmed damage
- .70 x animation speed
