I've added a new version that uses an alternate method. I've not tested this thoroughly however, so I'm not sure if it'll work. I've tested it breifly and it seems to work well enough, but I'm uploading it as a separate file to make sure.
This version should do the same thing, but also ban modded lands (But not modded locations in the commonwealth), and it also requires no DLCs, meaning you can use it if you have only 1 or even none of the dlcs (then again if you don't have any DLCs and don't run mods that add a whole new land, you shouldn't need this to begin with.)
This mod seems like it no longer works or any other that are similar to this mod I have Tested 3 others reloading a save just before talking to Scribe Haylen . I keep getting sent to Far Harbor for Scribe Haylen for her first mission. I think the only way to stop this is disabling Far Harbor until you feel you are ready to go to Far Harbor. I thin all of these mods don't work after the Update.
BTW, You posted this here on rylasasin's original version of this mod and also on AlpineYJ's current version, just 11 minutes apart. Were you running both mods simultaneously?
I started this playthrough with this mod (not this version, but UFO4P one) installed. Nevertheless Railroad Randolph Safehouse 3 tries to send me to Eagles Cove Tannery. Maybe this particular dungeon was excluded from the ban list somehow...?

Neither this or https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25934?tab=posts are preventing Holdren from trying to send me to Far Harbor. I don't have the unofficial patch. Anyone know what's up?
This mod's plugin keeps crashing my game in Vault 88 randomly, at least according to Buffout 4.

omg tnk you your a god send after the last 4 playthroughs i have refused to done any of the side quests because every dam one has been sending me to far harbour hell evne when i have only just stated the game only one that seems not to is the most annoying ones from preston
Same here. Every damn radiant I get is *always* sending me to Far Harbor. This mod is literally essential. Now I can cleans the commonwealth...IN THE COMMONWEALTH. lol.
Anyone know if this keeps f*#@ing Randolph from sending me to Far Harbor every goddamn time? Seriously this play through the very first quest was in the Wealth and every single god DAMN one after was in Far Harbor! I can't even go there yet!
After a while I get some missions trying to send me to far harbor even though I haven't been there yet sometimes I get the note that has the [...] as the location too.
Why shouldn't it be added? It is in Far Harbor and is the reason I came to get this mod which I forgot to add to a new install. I hope and prey it is added and stays added. I can't understand why you think it shouldn't be.

As such, it is now the main file. The one with the requirements is now in the old files section.
