Well, here's my first shot at Fallout 4 modding. Since the creation kit isn't out yet, this is just a simple texture mod that replaces the paintings in Fallout 4 with ... well, other paintings. There are four flavors of my mod - Classical, Retro Gaming, Anachronisms, and Kittehs & Puppehs. Visit my website below to see larger photos or ask questions!
Classical Art
Replaces all (97!!!) paintings in Fallout 4 with unique neoclassical art paintings. It really gives the game a Bioshock-y feel to it, and you can create a nice house that looks like the Louvre just like you've always wanted.
Retro Gaming
Replaces ONLY the paintings for your home/settlement with unique retro-style gaming paintings. Totally lore-friendly, right?
Anachronisms
Replaces ONLY the paintings for your home/settlement with unique retro-style pop culture paintings. In case you want to inject some out-of-time things in your game.
Kittehs & Puppehs
Replaces ONLY the paintings for your home/settlement with unique kittens, puppies, and other cute animal paintings.
Installation:
All you have to do is select the version you want and download the "Texture" folder into your Fallout 4 "Data" folder. You'll also need to update your Fallout4.ini file if you haven't used any other textures mods before. It's super easy - read here (just 2 steps!).
Uninstall:
Just delete the "PaintingsGeneric" folder from Data > Textures > SetDressing > PaintingsGeneric. Or, if you only want to use some of the replacers, just delete all the ones you don't like individually :)

I did NOT create any of these images. The classical art ones are famous artists from the Renaissance and shit. Most of the other ones are pulled from the interwebs from free wallpaper sites, except these:
