How would you people like to own a nice ARMY base ??
One that actually LOOKS LIKE ONE ?
Guess what ??.... I made you one ;)
This my friends is FORT SAMSON
Fort Samson is a Supply depot ,fuel dump and motor pool but also has a comms setup.
Ever wonder where all those barges with military stuff on them come from ??.. Well they come from places like Fort Samson .
Here we have a new land mass located right next to Atom Cat's garage .
again its an Island and very well protected by water and only access is a lone bridge that starts from the end of the Atom cats road.
The buildings are as follows...
a) comms center/administration building
b) mess hall/diner
c) Vehicle garage and motor pool lockup
d) 8 mid sized bunkers do use as you see fit (ive all ready made one into a restrooms/shower facility . (they can also be used as vendor stalls since they all have at least one open window facing the road/sidewalk where you can place a counter )
e) Guard house at the main gate all ready furnished with the basics.
f) small guard hut to keep our guard out of the rain that is located at the vehicle lockup entrance
g) Light house (well we dont want any boats crashing in to our little island do we ? )
h) small pier and loading dock for barges
and finally my trademark building ...The Bar that is sort of off base as it should be at the outer edge of the island.
Again i havent furnished much except some essentials and flora is kept to a minimum.
You also have room available to build your own stuff if needed .
Warning...
You wont be alone when you first get there so look out for surprises :P
Suggestion ..
Use the console and type " coc atomcatsgarageext " (no quotes) to warp outside of the base so you could walk in and make it more interesting and i suggest doing it at night.
Workshop is located....im not telling but its hard to miss :P
Tested and everything works great with zero issues .
first settlers arrived in less that 15 mins and settlers from sanctuary (long way to walk ) in 24 hours .
To be honest it turned out better than i expected and i hope you like it.
