About this mod

Yes, its a vault 111 settlement, the difference between this one and others is that you can start a new game without it breaking, no need to uninstall / reinstall every time you want a new character.

I liked the idea of turning vault 111 into a settlement, however I didn't like the fact that all the mods that I could find for it were not main quest safe, meaning you would have to uninstall the mod, start your new game till you were out and away from vault 111, then reinstall the mod.

With this mod, there is no need to uninstall and  reinstall the game.  After exiting the vault, head to sanctuary and activate the workbench there, then return to Vault 111, and you'll have a fully functional settlement.  You'll be able to add a radio beacon inside to attract settlers.  You can scrap just about everything in there, and it has 3 spawn boxes, 1 for vault suits, 1 for security outfits, and one for scientist outfits tucked inside  with the cryo gun.

new game: Exit vault 111, go to sanctuary, activate the work  bench, then return to vault 111, and  activate the workbench inside for a fully functional settlement.

Previous game: return to vault 111, head into the vault and activate the workbench.

Vault 111 Settlement - AddonDLC03:
This optional file adds a new section to Vault 111, a large buildable area that you can design your own vault space.  Add this optional ESP AFTER the vault 111 Settlement main ESP.   The new section will be found near the small security room.  If you set the load order right, you will find a Teddy bear sitting on top of the workbench.
This Requires the Vault-Tec DLC (vault 88) in order to function.


Vault-tec Structures at game start:
This optional file modifies the Vault-Tec DLC recipes to allow you to build any of the Vaut-Tec structures at the start of the game.

=== UPDATE ===

There  is now  a optional version of this same mod, the only difference is that none of the doors within the vault will autoclose.  The auto close doors were tested with settlers and weren't found to have any issues, this version is just a version for those who would rather the doors stay open until they themselves close them.

=== Update 1.1 ===
Both Versions of Vault 111 have been updated - Brahmin will no longer enter the vault and be recruited to the settlement.
If you have existing Brahmin you want to get rid of, walk up to the brahmin, open the console, click on them to select them, type kill and press enter, then type disable and press enter.   This will remove the brahmin from the settlement and get rid of the body.
