Camouflaged Winterized and Military paintjobs (plus Vault-Tec to a barely noticeable degree) and a guide to recoloring Power Armor!

IMPORTANT
Only the T-45 Power armor is affected at this time.
Only Winterized, Military, and Vault-Tec paintjobs are properly recolored and camouflaged.
The camouflage was added to the T-45's 01 (Base) texture which means it won't affect paintjobs with actual texture files including Flames, Pink, Greaser (Atomcat?), Minutemen, Jaws, Railroad, Institute, Metal (No Material Finish), and BoS.
