Features
Holstering weapon or leaving the area will no longer dispel pacification or command effects from the intimidation perk. Target will stay in intimidated state and player will continue to be able to issue commands to target if they have Intimidation level 3 perk.
Attacking the intimidation target will still result in turning the target hostile.
