A mesh edit that removes the floats and hooks on the fishermans hat.

- Permissions and credits
- I did not bother changing the ground model of the hat.
- Added an optional file that widens the hat's brim (I think it looks a little better).
- Works fine with Camo Boonies (Fisherman's Hat) which gives you a bunch of camouflage options.
