About this mod
Adds a sailboat behind The Castle that can be used as a new home for the player.

PURPOSE
Another addition to my playerhome collection! This time head below decks in your brand new sailboat! This sailboat is located off the coast of The Castle and once discovered, adds a new map marker letting you teleport there with ease. This mod includes a sailboat exterior for all your sailor needs, along with a furnished interior that includes an armor workbench, a weapons workbench, plenty of storage, a kitchen with a working stove and fridge, a couch and dinner table set, lots of clutter and a large bed in the bow.
KNOWN ISSUES
Of course, I know there are a few bugs/issues with the mod that I'll go ahead and address so the bug page isn't spammed with them. These include problems when waking up in the bed you may clip into the ceiling, you cannot sit in the couch and navmesh is all wonky.
