About this mod

A standalone mod adds animated flight to the C.U.T.E. jetpack(s) and changes their flame effect so that it functions properly in tandem with CROSS Jetpack's animation script/changes.

Changelogs
This mod has been moved to Jetpacks FAO and future updates can be found there.

Small patch that removes the T pose when using the jetpack and replaces it with an animation similar to CROSS Jetpack. Credit goes to Vasstek for letting me tinker with his Nanosuit 6.2 assets and Niero for allowing me to use his CROSS Jetpack script (and for his help sorting everything out).

My Other Mods

Please Note

This mod includes an optional texture replacer but until I get permission from Idlesheep to use his jetpack mesh in my patch the textures must go in their default locations, which means that they will change your base game Power Armor jetpack also... which means it will change the look of the AE jetpacks and any other jetpack that uses the default textures.

TO ALL JETPACK MOD HOARDERS: Be aware that this mod changes 6 entries in the base game animations for jetpacks, changing them to jump animations. It is the same 6 entries that CROSS Jetpack changes. It is likely that other jetpack mods you have will switch to the jump animation and the flames may stop working. That is why I made this patch, to make the C.U.T.E. jetpack compatible with Jetpacks FAO and CROSS Jetpack. In other words, if you are a jetpack mod hoarder you may experience issues with other jetpacks unless they are patched to this style of animation. For patches for other popular jetpack mods (including vanilla power armor animated flight)
check out Jetpacks FAO.

Technical

Requirements

- C.U.T.E. of course.

Installation

Enable Fallout 4 modding by following this guide: Fallout 4 Mod Installation

I recommend using Nexus Mod manager for installation since this mod has an installation script with all the options. Feel free, however, to manually install by unzipping the downloaded file(s) to a safe location and moving the contents of the "MAIN" folder into your Fallout 4 Data directory then select the various options from the "OPTIONAL" folder and merge those in the same directory. Activate the .esp file(s) in your in-game Fallout 4 Mods menu (or Nexus Mod Manager). Make sure to update Nexus Mod Manager to the latest version.

Uninstallation

Remove any items your character is wearing that are altered by this mod from their inventory then save your game, exit, and uninstall the mod using NMM (or manually delete the files).
