    Thanks to SMB92 the House Ruin issue is fixed! You can download and extract the fixed data to your Data folder. Now the work on the patch can resume:

    I want to provide the following upgrades with an upcoming patch:
    - Fix the damn house ruin crap!
    - Fix the companions taking for ever to follow you around cells.
    - Commonwealth Helena entrance via a plank.
    - Some more quests.
    - A dungeon of some sort/ a secret vault of his late majesty King Henry XI
    - Make the place a settlement at least in the meaning of being able to send your companions there. (Need help with that).
    - Some readings, lore... Something more than what Admiral Kawatch tells you.

    Love this Mod
    "A Work Of Art"
    For anyone interested in downloading it in 2023,a few tips :
    I simply downloaded the mod via Vortex and have not altered my ini files in any way
    I have a decent pc RTX 3080 4K on ultra settings (Mod runs "Butter Smooth" (150 mods installed)
    There are at times some light flickering (Minimal) No big deal cud be another mod conflicting.
    The NPC's distract as there is no audio voice lines (Immersion Breaking)
    If like me,you want the place to yourself (Highly recommended)
    Just disable each one with the console command Annnd Booom !! You are on your own :-)
    A Fantastic Unique Player Home,Far away from the Depressing Commonwealth LOL LOTS !!.

    I have not tried to bring my followers here yet :

    The only things this mod needs is unwanted npc's removed and one settlement workbench for adding items only displays and safe stoage containers then this house mod might be worthy.

    I really want to like this mod, but unfortunately it causes a severe (10-30 seconds) script lag.

    Learned it accidentally after noticing that slow time mod I had installed prior wouldn't immediately activate.

    The moment I removed this one, the lag magically disappeared.

    Edit: so I've looked at the mod's ESP in xEdit and found out it's full of vanilla ITM records, and also contains one DELETED record (which you should never do), which in turn may conflict with CC content and other mods.

    After manually cleaning and fixing the ESP, I tested it in game and so far don't see any script lag whatsoever.

    I also noticed that all DecorativePanelsXX_x.dds textures have invalid dimensions - they are supposed to be 2048x2048 and 1024x1024 instead of 1800x1800 and 864x1024 (I resized them in my copy of the mod).

      Hello, could you share the modified texture files and esp file. I am facing the similar problem. Also could you tell what tool you are using to resize the texture? Thanks.

      I used XNViewMP to convert them into PNG first, then opened in Paint .net and resized, then threw them at FO4 Texture Compressor (with updated texconv binary from M$ Github page) and converted them into BC7.

      And sure, here you go.

    The mod is beautiful! Just installed it last night, took a tour, and admired the build. I could not find a workshop, so I'm assuming that this is a static mod. No decorating, no moving stuff around, it's just a big pretty set piece. Is that correct? Still good because of the uniforms! Love them redcoats!! Then I realized that I could only find one in the master bedroom on the first floor. Can we make more at the Chem bench? I'd love to deck out the personnel at the castle!!

    beautiful and detailed mod! very nice work! everything worked for me out of the box even with 3 followers.
    dialog voice is missing but it seems that this is intended.

    so idk if its just me having this issue but for some dialogue the audio is bugged,people will be in conversation w me but no actual voices
