Before i begin...
I want to inform you all that i am having some serious
problems and cannot be online all the time as before .
I will explain to clarify the situation.
As ive said in the past im unemployed for over 2 years now and the s.h.i.t. finally hit the fan.
As of 12/12/2016 my home has no power because i couldnt keep up with the bills .
I have moved my main rig to my brother-in -law's business
location where i spend most of my day since home is an
icebox.
You may have also noticed that i am adding a donation button and its obviously NOT to make a profit but to
help me get some essential stuff like a wood stove and a
small electrical generator to cover my basic needs.
Well im ready to give you the first release of this pain in the a$ mod..:P
This my friends is Lexington Lives Again !!
It lives gain because...
1) Its MUCH cleaner.
2) Its been rebuilt or should i say that ive rebuilt anything that could be rebuilt and even took out a couple of worthless buildings (small ones) and built some usable ones in their place.
3) you will find some great player home locations (one is huge :P ) and more than enough apartments and homes to house your settlers.
4) several stores have been made available by rebuilding the hollow shells and some newly built as well .
5)Added some ambient lighting (street lights and certain areas or buildings ).
6)Added some green and trees,fountain/pond,playground etc.
Ill let you discover the rest..
Now info and recommendations.
a) i highly recommend this mod called "no more disappearing act" IF you have visual issues etc. ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13294/? )
b) in some areas it might be a little FPS heavy due to lights,trees etc..
c) Ive navmeshed about 95% of the new buildings (a real b!tch !! of a task ) and will have the rest done in a small update soon ( you wont miss those buildings cause they arent in the central area plus i want to convert some more shells into stores so ill have it all ready in one update).
You may see some flicker here and there were certain floors or ceilings overlap and ill fix those soon as well ( CK sucks when it comes to details and you cant see those issues unless youre ingame ).
If you want to fix them just "modpos Z 1 " or -1 and it will go away.
Now warning...
The quests and attacks/ambushes are all intact so careful where you walk :P
Also note there are some doors missing cause i couldnt find something nice in CK like the great retextures we all use in mods .
Also i havent furnished most of it cause that would take all the fun away from you. (ive done ONE player home and ONE cafe :P ).
Settlement aspects of the mod worked fine as they were tested with a virgin save so any issues are probably gonna be due to a incompatible save or mod conflict ( possible conflict with the recent red rocket settlements mod but i havent tested it and it might still work since my workbench and markers are in another cell )
Build area is from the parking lot almost as far as the bus station.
All most forgot ..
The workshop is in the hardware store in the latest version.
