All through Nuka World you hear about Nuka Cola Quantum's "Patented Blue Glow." There is even a Quantum X-01 Power Arrmor..... With no "Patented Blue Glow" . . . . . Just a boring ass paint job.

Now for a possibly limited time, you can get the Quantum X-01 with the boring ass paint job and a mediocore glowmap for dat "Patented Blue Glow!" ..Well sorta. I set the material properties just like the Nuka Cola Quantum bottle, but it appears in game to be a wee bit lighter. Probably due to the fact that I didn't add a lightsource to the nifs, but for the sake of the description, it is slightly lighter to avoid Nuka Cola's patent trolls. 

*Full glow version uses the same emittance as Nuka Cola Quantum but Less glow brings the color closer to Nuka Cola Quantum*

Now on to the business...
The material properties are the same as Quantum.
Glowmaps are not the greatest, good enough for me. Feel free to make better ones and send me a link or upload your revision.
I know you can shrink the glowmaps, but I didn't.
The glowmaps are monochrome so you have to change the emission color of the material for a different colored glow.
