Woodland, Urban, Tundra, Winter, Navy, Desert, Swamp and Autumn camo retextures for Marine Armor and Marine Wetsuit.
- Requirements
- Permissions and credits
Needed: Far Harbor DLC !!!
Recommended:
- Marine Helmet with Tactical Hood by Vashdakkari (Adds wetsuit helmet mesh under marine armor helmet - covers neck).
- Marine Armor Camos by Sytron - Changeable/switchable camo pattern on workbench. Needs package with textures downloaded from here (Changeable Camo Marine Armor).
Replaces textures of: Marine Armor (Assault version only), Marine Wetsuit and Marine Tactical Helmet
Important:
- All screenshots were taken using the "Marine Helmet with Tactical Hood" by Vashdakkari, that's why I have covered neck (thanks for that awesome mod).
- I'm using a ReShade and ENB presets, so the textures might look slightly different in your game (if you don't use some ReShade and/or ENB yourself).
- These retextures work with Marine Armor Boots Fix by Neagoe.
Install:
- Download desired version of this mod
- UnZip contents of archive to main folder of the game. For example I have "D:\games\Fallout 4\"
- Re-write all if asked (make sure that you want to replace all your current textures of the items mentioned above)
- No .esp activation or anything else needed
- Enjoy!
Unninstall:
- Go to the main folder of the game. For example I have "D:\games\Fallout 4\"
- Go through folders: Data->Textures->DLC03->Armor
- Find these 2 folders: CombatArmor and CombatUnderArmor
- Delete these 2 files from CombatArmor: Combat_Armor_Body_d and Combat_Armor_Helmet_d
- Delete these 3 files from CombatUnderArmor: Combat_UnderArmor_Body_d, Combat_UnderArmor_Gloves_d and Combat_UnderArmor_Helmet_d
Versions:
1.0
- Initial release, contained Woodland version only
1.1
- Now 5 variations available - Woodland, Urban, Tundra, Navy and Desert
1.2
- Added 3 new variants: Autumn, Swamp and Winter (Winter variant might come in handy for FROST users).
- Improved Wetsuit and its helmet. They are now a bit darker, so they match the marine armor.
- Improved Navy version a bit. It looked kinda bland.
I made this, because I fell in love with the Marine Armor set as soon as I saw it on a picture. However, I didn't really like the original navy blue scheme, and retextures available here didn't fit the wetsuit underneath (which is the best looking combo imo). So I decided to make a camo pack, including retextures for the marine armor itself and wetsuit as well. To be absolutely honest with you, I didn't pay as much attention to detail on the wetsuit and its helmet as I did to the marine armor, because its meant as a set, working nicely together. The wetsuit by itself and its helmet are quite meh in my opinion.
