Adds a small, basic player home just outside the Red Rocket Station.

I feel like most other player homes look a bit too fancy, and not very -IMMERSIVE-
Sure it's been 200 years since the bombs, but the world is still fucked up and overrun by raiders and mutated beasts.
So I made a player home I think would be a bit more "realistic" for the sole survivors base.
Red Rocket Hideout has all the amenities one needs, such as:
- an inconspicuous entrance, hidden behind some bushes
- a cosy bed for 2
- a cooking station, powered by firewood
- obviously no running water, but plenty of water supplies
- a bucket to pee and poop in
- oil lamps
- plenty of food reserves
- plenty of storage (does not respawn)
- a water dispenser as a practical shower unit
- lots of booze and chems
- a teddybear to cuddle
- your own little pet kitty
Location:
find it just outside Red Rocket Station, left to the dumpster behind some bushes.
