i have a problem when i put 800x600, the lockpick is gone for me and only shows up when i put the resolution to its minimum requirement

Very likely, but try this steam list for low-end FO4 gaming, which itself uses 800x600. There's always a minimum resolution, not just in Fallout 4 but any game - and in all other software and operating systems. It's not just out of wanting it to look a certain minimal "niceness" but because there will be some things that'll have a minimum pixel count to function or display actions properly on screen (say, turning a lock through degrees) or being able to list on-screen menus & maps, or differentiate between different stats, etc.

Looks like you have a voided out nvwgf2umx.dll+5C78D70 in sectors 02DC87B, 5C78D70 and 02E0FEC.  I'd call a paramedic.

You can just use Display Tweaks in Skyrim SE, it has the same function besides several others.

Is there a way to make it not so pixelated?

I'd recommend GameCompanion over this, this is great but GameCompanion keeps more of the resolution and no map bugs.

I agree it's a bit pixeled especially with text. GameCompanion always works great for me in Windows 7 for stretching up the window, but unfortunately is really pixelated in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 for some reason. Maybe this mod is having the same problem?

How did you make GameCompanion work with Fallout 4? (using Windows 10 here)

Has anyone been able to get this working with f4se? Or are they just incompatible?

This can also be used to make it easier to downscale too with DSR. Endorsed.

If I start the game via Vortex nothing gets upscaled. The game is just in the resolution I set it to. If I launch the game via the normal launcher it instantly crashes to desktop.

Dont use the Vortex. Read a description to first:
      Installation:

      • Install the DLL loader and place d3d11.dll in the same directory as Fallout4.exe.
      • Unpack this mod and place the NativeMods directory in the game's directory.
