My settlers kneeling on mats would sometimes stop doing it and just stand / dance there, and their behaviors cannot be changed by moving or reassigning.

The fix I found is to use the following console commands:

    • SetRestrained 0 to make them capable of moving again
    • ForcePathFailure (fpf) to stop dancing
    • then wait a few seconds or ChangeAnimFlavor (caf) to force animation change

Hello, I'm having some problems with the settlers, when I asign one settler to one of the mats or position, when I reload the save file, they "disapear", they stay on their position but their head is "stuck" in someplace far away, I tried moving them to other settlement or use the "tp" with the handcuf, but they still invisible with their head stuck, it happened to me 3 times already and I'm fearing this can happen to more settlemens.

Link to and image for example: https://imgur.com/gallery/bug-on-fallout-4-uS1upYr

I don't know if someone passed for the same situation, the only thing that I can match between these 3 insible settlers is that I used the "slm" console command on them, is the only common thing that they have but other settlers have the same things.

Hopeful people of 2024 installing a 2016 mod, before you download the mod read the comments, here are the authors words:

"In order to implement the function, I just "drag & drop" almost the all contents of "DLC05NPCWorkshopPillory [FURN: XX000AAD]" using FO4EDIT.
Obviously, I do not fully understand the meanings of each lines.
(Actually, I was surprised such a cheap technique did work!)
Thus it's highly possible that I can't fix complex bugs. I'm sorry in advance :-P

Does this need a patch for workshop rearranged?

Update: Yes, cannot find any of these in the workshop :(.

Does this mod also suffer from the unbeatable "sandbox" of NPCs where they only stay for a while and leave as they please?
There's this prisoner mat that I think is a vanilla item from the game where they stay put indefinitely. Not sure how to pull that off though.

(TRANSLATE) Sorry, after installing it yesterday everything was fine, but today the blue mannequins are always there, i.e. visible even outside the workshop. In the meantime I translated the mod, I wonder if that's the reason? But I reinstalled the mod and it's still the same.

I have classic holstered weapons and the people I assigned the toy baton has it visibly on them and they even are using it sometime when I teleport back. Also, the animation pads doesn't STOP assigned NPCs from leaving it.

You can edit the CHW .ini file to exclude weapons by FormID
