Despite every single Institute main quest requiring you to actually enter the relay room, you still fast travel directly to the main concourse. To me, this seemed silly, especially due to the Institute's lore issues about conserving power and stuff. This moves the fast travel marker to the actual relay room, including the companion marker, if you have a mod that enables companion access.
While it is a little inconvenient, it's a neat and immersive change, especially for Survival Mode.
Works perfectly with "Institute Teleportation" by Pokepunch, and I highly recommend installing that alongside this.
