Well after almost a year i still wanna play with a new character but I am not really in the mood of hunting all the magazines again and again and again so I simply made this "mod" to spawn 'em, dlc included 

INSTALL
Un-zip the file then place the .txt in \Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 

ACTIVATE
open console command and type : bat mag
